- Open the OneDrive app
- Tap on the " + " icon
- Tap on "Scan"
- If the app asks to access your camera, tap on "OK"
- Position the document in the center of the frame, and tap on the shutter button to capture it
- Tap and drag the corner points so that the border edges match up with the document
- Once you are happy with the border, tap on "Confirm"
- To add another page, tap on the "Add" icon. Otherwise, tap on "Done" to save the document
- Select where you would like the document to be saved. To save to your personal drive, select "Files", or you can save to your franchise drive under "Other Locations". Once you have selected the save location, tap the tick icon on the top right to save it.
- You will now be able to find the scanned document under the specified location
