1. Open the notification settings by following this guide: https://rbservicesnz.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/51000200935
  2. Click on "Custom"
  3. Here you can change notification settings for different activities
  4. Banner and feed means that you will receive a banner notification on the bottom left of your screen, along with the item showing in the Activity feed within Teams. "Only show in feed" means that the activity will only show in the Activity feed within Teams, and not on your desktop.
  5. You can also change notifications for personal Chats by clicking Edit next to chat, or for Meetings or Individual User's statuses
