Expand your archive folder either by double-clicking or clicking the little triangle to the right, this will reveal 2 folders:
- Journal Incoming – This is all your incoming mail, similar to your inbox, however this a full list that also contains emails that have been deleted - Note: your entire inbox will be in this folder, even if you've moved or have rules directing certain emails into individual folders in Outlook
- Journal Outgoing – This folder contains all your sent emails, as above, includes any that were deleted
Clicking either of these folders will load the corresponding emails in your archive.
