Please note: In order to access your Archived Emails directly inside of Outlook, you need to have the MailStore addon installed on your computer.

If you open Outlook and DO NOT have a "MailStore" option like below, please contact itsupport@rbservices.co.nz 




If you do have a "MailStore" option, please follow the below steps to access your archived emails.


1. Click on the "MailStore" tab at the top of the Outlook menu.

2. Click on "Browse Archive".

3. Click on the Arrow on the left of "My Archive" to expand the folder.

4. Click on the Arrow on the left of "Exchange (yourname)" to expand the folder.

5. Click through your Inbox and other folders to find the email you are looking for. The format of folders should match your Outlook folders at the time the Archive was completed.

The emails will appear below the folder structure. If you click on an email, a preview of the email will appear on the right-hand side.

Once you have found the archived email, you can do the following:

  • Open the Message
    • Open the email, giving you the ability to reply or forward the email.
  • Restore the Message
    • Restore the email directly back into your email inbox. 
  • Print the Message

These functions can be performed by clicking on the corresponding button at the top of Outlook.
