Please Note: Whilst this guide shows the process for an @rbservices.co.nz email address, the process is identical for all other email addresses such as @jennian.co.nz or @milestonehomes.co.nz.


  1. Find and tap on the "Email" icon
  2. If you have no other email account in the Email App, simply tap on "Office365" and move on to Step 3 If you do have another email account in the Email App, In the top left corner, tap on the "3 lines" (Hamburger Button)In the top right corner, tap on the "Settings" icon (Looks like a Cog Wheel)Tap on "Add account"
    Tap on "Office365"

  3. Type in your Email Address and tap on "Next"
  4. Type in your Password and tap on "Sign In"
  5. When prompted to Apply security settings, tap on "Apply"
  6. Configure your Email Preferences and then tap on "Done"

    1) Select the time frame of email data you want synchronized on the Phone. "1 Month" is normally the highest
    2) Set the Email Sync Schedule to "Auto (when received)" to automatically receive emails as they arrive
    3) Ensure Emails retrieval size is set to "Headers Only"
    4) Tap on "Done" to confirm the settings

  7. When prompted with an Activate device admin app page, tap on "Activate".

  8. Lastly, type in how you want the Account Name to appear in your phone and tap on "Done"


Your email account should now be configured. 

It is possible that your emails may take 1-2 minutes to start populating inside of the "Email" App
